About the Role
The Operations Associate is responsible for the logistics and operations of all ERA activities. This is a part-time (845AM-1PM ET), in-person position. These duties include:
- Office management of ERA headquarters, including general logistical operations, management of tenants and visitors, and oversight of office services and supplies.
- Oversee day-to-day logistical and administrative needs of ERA accelerator programs and events.
- Help organize and manage internal and out-of-office events — including recruiting sessions, happy hours, start-up events, and investor Demo Days.
Who You Are:
You should be an organized and detail-oriented self-starter with experience in operations and a demonstrated interest in technology, startups, and entrepreneurship. The speed at which our operations run is extraordinarily fast and the ability to multi-task and hit deadlines is critical to your success. You also have a strong desire to learn and a comfort to tackle new problems. You are willing to take on any project, large or small, and deliver high-quality work.
