Part-Time Operations Associate (In-Person) at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) in New York, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–1:00 PM ET
Why this role matters
ERA is New York City’s longest-running accelerator and one of its most active early-stage funds. Since 2011, we’ve invested in 375+ startups that have raised $2B+ and are reshaping industries from fintech to healthtech (eranyc.com). As our Part-Time Operations Associate, you’ll help run the day-to-day engine that powers our founders, programs, and events, while building relationships with founders, investors, and the ERA mentor network.
What you’ll do
- Be the first person to greet founders, investors, guests, and tenants.
- Keep our Flatiron HQ running smoothly. Manage supplies, vendors, room setups, badges, signage, and last-minute fixes.
- Support accelerator programming and events, such as recruiting sessions, founder workshops, investor/mentor meetups, happy hours, and Demo Day.
- Orchestrate logistics with vendors, catering pickups, setting up rooms, and A/V checks.

Compensation
$20–$25/hour, depending on experience.
